For one glorious week, come step aboard the palace on Wheels-on a fascinating journey that no parallels in the world. A journey which takes you to enthralling Rajasthan – the land of Chivalry then on to  a rendezvous with one of the seven wonder of the world – the Taj Mahal at Agra in neighbouring Uttar Pradesh. A journey on which you can savour and relieve the ancient past while enjoying the best amenities of the present.

Day 1: Arrival  Delhi: Fly to Delhi. On Arrival transfer to hotel. O/N hotel.

Day 2: New Delhi: Wednesday Dep. 18.00hrs reception & traditional welcome at Safdarjung Railway Station at New Delhi.O/N Train.

Day 3: Jaipur: Thursday Arrival. Jaipur: At this famed pink city, caparisoned Elephants will welcome you as your step out. Have a relaxed morning, and lunch at palace hotel. Discover Hawa Mahal, Amber Fort, City palace, and Observatory, find yourself traveling through a glorious era. Dep. 1930 hrs.

Day 4: Jaisalmer: Friday Arr. 0900hrs: Wake up in this 12th century Golden City as you feel transcend into its glorious past. Gaze in awe at the dominating presence of its sandstone fort of 99 bastions. Admire the Exquisitely carved hevelis, cupolas and facades. Experience camel rides, and dine at a 5-star hotel while the vibrant rhythms of Rajasthani music drift into the night. Dep. 2345hrs.

Day 5: Jodhpur: Saturday Arr. 0700hrs: The awesome Mehrangarh Fort is all pervasive in this 15th century city. Visit this Legendry fort and Jaswant Thada, a royal cenotaph close by. Lunch at the Umaid Bhawan Palace, the royal residence, a part of which is now a hotel Dep. 1530hrs.

Day 6: Sawai Madhopur: Sunday Arr. 0400hrs: Its time for wild adventure at verdant Sawai Madhopur. Visit the Ranthambore National Park, Tiger reserve and home to many animal species. While in the park, feel the imposing presense of a 10th century fort, where ramparts soar high. Dep. 1030hrs.

Chittaugarh: Sunday Arr. 16.00hrs: It’s the land of love and valour, riddled with scars of battles lost and won. Thrice besieged, Chittaurgarh Fort is a legend in itself. Moving tales of honour and pride will echo in your mind as you proceed to Udaipur at 0530 hrs. next morning.

Day 7: Udaipur: Monday Arr.0730hrs: Udaipur, the magnifientcity of lakes palaces and gardens. After breakfast, visit Sahelion ki Baari and the beautiful City Palace, followed by lunch at a Palace Hotel. In the afternoon, visit Crystal Gallery. Dep. 1730hrs.

Day 8: Bharatpur: Tuesday: Arr. 0630hrs: You are now in the wonderland of birds. Visit the renowed Keoladeo Ghana National Park at Bharatpur, once the preserve of the Maharaja of Bharatpur and now a world heritage site.
Agra: Enjoy a sumptuous lunch at a 5-star hotel in Agra before visiting the Agra from here, arrive at the Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the world. A pristine monument of undying love, it was built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jehan in the memory of his queen, Mumtaz Mahal Depart. For Delhi overnight on train.

Day 9: Arr. Delhi. At 0600 AM. Transfer  to hotel. Day free.

Day10: Dep. Delhi: Flight for onward destination.
